Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please email hello@alchemixtea.co immediately. We may be able to adjust the address if your order hasn’t yet been processed.
Where can I find my order history?
Your account page displays all past orders with their status (processing, shipped, etc.). Click an order number for more details.
Do your teas have an expiration date?
Our teas have a recommended “best by” date for optimal flavour and quality. This is printed on the package. It is also ideal to use your tea within 6 months of opening.
